Description

The selected two-layer whole skin of the cow is softer and more comfortable, with improved operation and better toughness. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, fireproof and heat insulation. Important parts such as finger joints are designed with a protective strip to prevent the line from being blown out due to exposure to high temperatures, giving you a safer protection. The overall design of the tiger’s mouth enhances the durability of wear and has a more flexible holding performance. The cotton lining has good heat insulation and sweat absorption function to protect the safety and create a comfortable working environment.

Classification of safety gloves:

  1. Insulating gloves for live working

It refers to an insulating glove that is used for electrical insulation on the hand when the operator performs live working on an electrical device (or a DC electrical device of the corresponding voltage level) with an AC voltage of 10 kV or less.

Gloves must have good electrical insulation properties. At the same time, it also needs good tensile strength and elongation at break, as well as puncture resistance, aging resistance, flame resistance and low temperature resistance.

  1. Acid and alkali resistant gloves

It is a protective product for the prevention of acid and alkali damage to the hands. Gloves are not allowed to have defects such as blooming, brittleness, stickiness and breakage. The non-leakage of the glove means that it must be airtight, and under certain pressure, no air leakage occurs.

According to the material, the gloves can be divided into rubber acid and alkali resistant gloves, latex acid and alkali resistant gloves, plastic acid and alkali resistant gloves, and plastic acid and alkali resistant gloves.

Waterproof gloves and anti-virus gloves can be replaced with acid and alkali resistant gloves.

  1. Oil resistant gloves

These products are made of materials such as nitrile rubber, chloroprene or polyurethane to protect the skin of the hands from various skin diseases such as acute dermatitis, acne, folliculitis and dry skin. Cleft palate, pigmentation, and nail changes.

  1. Welder gloves

Personal protective equipment to protect hands from high temperatures, molten metal, and sparks during welding. It is made of cow, pig leather or two-layer leather. It is divided into two-finger, three-finger and five-finger according to the finger type. Welder gloves have strict appearance requirements. The first grade requires the leather body to be even and thick, full and soft and elastic. The leather surface is fine, uniform, firm, and the color is uniform and without greasy feeling. Second-class products: the leather body lacks fullness and elasticity, the leather surface is rough, and the color is slightly dark.

  1. Anti-vibration gloves

Personal protective equipment for contact with vibration, such as in the forestry, mining, construction, transportation and other departments with hand-held vibration tools (such as chainsaws, rock drills, etc.) to prevent vibrating occupational diseases “white finger disease” caused by vibration. In the structure of the anti-vibration gloves, a certain thickness of foam, latex and air interlayer is added to the palm surface to absorb vibration. The thicker the pad thickness, the more air it contains and the better the damping effect. However, when the palm and finger are too thick, it is easy to affect the operation.

  1. Fire resistant flame retardant gloves

The traditional fire-retardant flame-retardant gloves are made of asbestos material and are divided into two fingers and five fingers. They are available in three sizes: large, medium and small. Because asbestos fibers are irritating to human skin, they are rarely used. Fire-retardant flame retardant gloves are generally made of flame-retardant canvas or other fire-retardant fabrics, which are suitable for use in smelting furnaces or other furnaces.

  1. Anti-static gloves

A woven fabric composition containing conductive fibers. The other is a long-fiber elastic acrylic woven glove, and then the polyurethane resin is applied to the palm portion, or the polyurethane resin is applied to the fingertip portion or the surface of the glove is coated with polyethylene.

Gloves containing conductive fibers quickly dissipate static electricity that collects on the hands. Gloves with polyurethane or polyethylene coatings are primarily resistant to dust and static electricity. These products are mainly used for the assembly of weak currents, precision instruments, product inspection, electronics industry, printing, inspection work of various research institutions.

  1. Clean gloves

It is made of natural rubber and can prevent the fingertips from being discharged during the production process. Can be produced prevent static electricity from the human body from damaging the product during the process. The product is effectively protected from the pollution and influence of residues, oil, dust and sweat on the fingers during the production process. The clean room is mostly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) gloves.
